You can cancel the swap any time up to when the swap has been confirmed by going in to 'My Profile' and viewing the swap details.
Once the status of the swap has got to confirmed you will be expected to go through with the swap. If you are really not able to complete the swap, please email us at support@swapaholic.co.uk
You are given the option to reply to feedback left against you if you think it is unfair.
No. Unfortunately, if you are under 18 you will have to get a parent or guardian to register for you.
It is up to you and the other user to arrange a time and a place to meet for the swap but we advise you to meet in a public place such as a shopping centre or a public library. Make sure you check the user's feedback before meeting with them to ensure they have not been left any bad feedback about meeting up.
You can search for users by County or Postal Area using the User Search page, found by clicking on the Advanced Search link on the left menu. You can also narrow down your search by location of user when looking for a particular item using the advanced item search pages.
Firstly, either find a photo of your item on the internet and save it to your computer or take a photo of the item and save this on your computer. Please note, the photo must be a jpeg. When you have entered all the item's details you will be asked to upload a photo. Click 'Browse' and find the picture wherever you saved it, then click 'Add Photo'. You can add a photo at a later stage by editing the item.
