Registering

You will need to register with Swapaholic before you can start swapping any items. Click on the 'Register Now' button on the homepage or click 'Login/Register' in the login bar and you will be taken to a form and asked to fill in your details.

You will need to pick a unique username which you will use to log in to Swapaholic. This must be between 6 and 16 characters and can consist of numbers letters and the underscore.

You will also need to choose a password, again between 6 and 16 characters. Make sure your password is one you will remember but not too easy to guess.

We will also ask you to choose a security question in case you forget your password.

Q: What is my mother's maiden name? A: Taylor

If you ever forget your password, click on the 'Forgot your password?' link when logging in and you will be asked this question. We will then generate you a new password and send this to your email address.

When you have filled in all your details, click the 'Register' button.

Please note: You must be over 18 to register with Swapaholic. If you are under 18, please ask your parent or guardian to register on your behalf.

Activating your account

You will now be sent an email welcoming you to Swapaholic. You must follow the link in this email to activate your account. This will take you back to Swapaholic and log you in, ready to start swapping!
